Five stages control at construction

As the demand for complex cleanrooms in the life sciences grows, construction challenges mount. Level 1

Early Stage of Construction  Site

Before Ceiling Grid and Flooring

a. Clear Garbage Everyday;
b. Keep Work Place Clean;
c. Check Material Storage Everyday and Keep Garbage at Waste Storage Site;

a. No Smoking, Drinking and Playing;
b. Wielding and Duct Cutting Have to Operate at Place Equipped with Fire Extinguisher;
c. Drilling and Cutting  Operation Need to Apply Vacuum Technology;

Level 2

Ceiling grid. Flooring and Setup Perimeter

Before AHU Testing

A .Clear Garbage Everyday;
b. Check Material Storage Everyday and Keep Garbage at Waste Storage Site;

a. Set Security Checkpoint, 2-3 Entrance;
b. Unwrap All Material and Wrap with Paper or Wood Packing Material;
c. Vacuum Cleaning in Daily Basis and Keep Ceiling, Wall and Tools Clean;

Level 3

AHU Testing

Before Installation of HEPA

a. Vacuum and Floor Cleaning on Material Sent to Workplace;
b. Vacuum Cleaning at Entrance Point Everyday;
c. Sticky Pad at Entrance of Clean Room;

a. Only 1 Entrance;
b. No Wood or Paper Material Allow;
c. Floor Protection at Construction Site;
d. Get Permission for Following Action: Drilling, Polishing, Wielding,  Spraying, Drilling, Cutting etc;

Level 4

Installation of HEPA

Before Checking/ Testing

a. At Least 3 Times of Vacuum Cleaning and Floor Washing;
b. Tools Need to Clean of Dust and Oil , Wire Need to in Good Condition Before Enter Clean Room;

a. 1 Entrance / Exit Point;
b. Need Registration for Every Entry;
c. All Tools Need to Meet Specification;
d. No Wood and Paper Product in Clean Room;
e. Floor Protection on Work Floor;

Level 5

System Testing /Checking in Cleanroom

Before Hand on to Owner

A. Rub Cleaning in Daily Basis;
b. At Least 3 Time of Vacuum Cleaning and Floor Washing;
c. Vacuum the Floor with No Cover;

a. 1 Entrance / Exit Point;
c. Need Registration for Every Entry;
d. All Tools Need to Meet Specification;
e. No Wood and Paper Product in Clean Room;
f. Get Permission for Following Action: Drilling, Polishing, Wielding, Spraying, Drilling, Cutting etc;
